I don’t typically post the setting for my photographs unless I’m writing specifically about settings. In the “How to take better family pictures” article I was concentrating more on the thought process that goes into deciding what to shoot so I didn’t get into the mechanics of the settings. I sometimes think that many people jump straight to the details of photography and miss out on the heart and soul, which I believe leads to technically perfect, un-inspired pictures.
