PLEASE SEND US THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
To help us get started with your installation, please send us an email to [email protected] with the following information:
1) The domain where you want your WordPress theme installed, and title you want for your website.
2) Your hosting / server login url, username & password. Note: You must have hosting set up. If you do not have a hosting account, we recommend that you set one up with Bluehost.
3) Your FTP address, username, and password if different from your hosting login information.
4) If you have already installed WordPress, your WordPress username & password.
5) Written permission that you allow Photocrati to use your username and login information for the purposes of installing your website.
THEME, MEMBER AREA, AND SUPPORT
You can download your theme, ask questions, and get support in our Member Area. Log in using your email and the password you created during your purchase.
